On 29 November 2022, Port of Tanjung Pelepas (PTP) member of MMC Group, welcomed Patrick Christoph Georg Jany, ​Maersk Group CFO and LF Logistics Group delegation for an inaugural working visit to view PTP’s latest development and progress. 

Welcomed by Marco Neelsen, Chief Executive Officer PTP and several other PTP Senior Management Team, the delegation started their PTP visit agenda with an in-depth presentation on PTP’s operational performances, the port’s progress and its on-going development and contribution of the port industry towards the nation’s economic sustainability.

Next, the delegation was ushered to the Central Planning & Performance Office (CPPO) for a briefing on PTP latest state of the art Asset Digitalization Program. Before ending the visit, the delegation preceded for a port tour to see PTP container terminal and Free zone area.

The working visit by Maersk CFO and delegation was an important stakeholder engagement medium for the Management of PTP to share latest updates and development of the Company while at the same time to identify future progress of the Company.
