PTP ORGANISES SPECIAL WEBINAR ON ANTI-BRIBERY AND ANTI-CORRUPTION FOR BUSINESS ASSOCIATES

On 21 February 2022, Port of Tanjung Pelepas organised a webinar on Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption (ABAC).

This session was conducted by Integrity, Governance and Compliance Unit (IGC) of the PTP’s Legal and Company Secretarial Department in collaboration with the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC).

With the topic of ‘Corruption Offences Under the MACC Act 2009 and its Effects’, the webinar focused on individual liability and corporate liability under the MACC Act.

More than 100 business associates participate in the webinar, including vendors, suppliers, tenants, and contractors.
