Johor Port And Northport Win Gold Awards In The Integrity, Governance And Anti-Corruption Awards (AIGA) 2022

On 18 January 2023, Johor Port Berhad (Johor Port) and Northport (Malaysia) Bhd (Northport), members of MMC Group, won the Gold Awards during the Integrity, Governance and Anti-Corruption Awards (AIGA) 2022 ceremony organised by the Malaysian Institute of Integrity (IIM) at the Malaysian Institute of Integrity Auditorium, Kuala Lumpur. IIM is the entrusted body under the Prime Minister’s Office to develop the capacity and efficiency of the Public and Private sectors in line with the National Anti-Corruption Plan.

The ceremony was officiated by YAB Dato’ Sri Haji Fadilah Haji Yusof, Deputy Prime Minister together with Tan Sri Datuk Dr Ir Ahmad Tajuddin Ali, Board of Director of IIM and Datuk Wan Suraya Wan Mohd Radzi, Chief Executive Officer of IIM. Present to receive the awards were Md Derick Basir, Chief Executive Officer of Johor Port and Dato’ Azman Shah Mohd Yusof, Chief Executive Officer of Northport.

This recognition reflects IIM’s confidence in the commitment shown by Johor Port and Northport in practicing integrity and good governance culture within their respective organisations.

AIGA is an award created by IIM aimed at recognising and appreciating deserving Public and Private sector organisations that have shown commitment and effort in cultivating integrity and good governance practices.
