On 16 February 2024, Port of Tanjung Pelepas Sdn Bhd (PTP) and Johor Port Berhad (Johor Port), members of MMC Group, organised an appreciation dinner to extend the Chinese New Year festivities and share the joy with their diverse group of customers and stakeholders.

The dinner was held at Pekin Restaurant, Daiman 18 Golf Club, Johor Bahru. The guests were welcomed by Mark Hardiman, Chief Executive Officer of PTP and Md Derick Basir, Chief Executive Officer of Johor Port, together with senior management from both ports.

Among the distinguished guests were Marco Neelsen, Advisor to PTP CEO, Annuar Azizul, Chairman of SAM Johor Chapter, Tn Hj Dzulfariqh Abdul Manap, Vice President of Association of Malaysian Hauliers (AMH), Stephanie Lim, President of Johor Ports Shipping and Forwarding Association (JPFSA), Jeevan Singh, Consul General of the Republic of Singapore in Johor Bahru and Sigit Suryantoro Widiyanto, Consul General of the Republic of Indonesia in Johor Bahru.

At the event, both PTP and Johor Port presented their corporate highlights and achievements for 2023. This meaningful gathering not only served as a networking platform but also strengthened friendship and cooperation among valued customers and stakeholders, reflecting their collective efforts in shaping the success of PTP and Johor Port.

The evening concluded with a lively band performance and engaging games, bringing joy to the guests, fostering the creation of fond memories, and strengthening the bonds of friendship.
