On 22 February 2024, Penang Port Sdn Bhd (PPSB), a member of MMC Group received the prestigious Integrity, Governance, and Anti-Corruption Award (AIGA) which was held at Dewan Seri Siantan, Perbadanan Putrajaya. PPSB earned the Silver Award for its exceptional initiatives, strong internal controls, and steadfast integrity commitment.

AIGA is a prestigious accolade recognizing organizations in public and private sectors for their dedication to integrity, corporate governance, and anti-corruption efforts.

AIGA sets the standard for fostering integrity and combating bribery. This national event welcomes all public and private entities, subjecting them to thorough assessments like self-assessment, document review, implementation evaluation, and field assessment.

Building on this success, PPSB will work together with other organisations to share best practices and continuously raise the bar for ethical conduct and transparency in Malaysia’s business landscape.
