Johor Port Berhad (Johor Port), a member of MMC Group, celebrated World Children’s Day 2022 with special needs children at Sekolah Kebangsaan Kota Masai 2 and children at the Pediatric Cancer Unit, Hospital Sultan Ismail. 

The Sentuhan Kasih Program is another Johor Port Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative that aims to brighten the spirits of the children and show appreciation to the doctors, nurses and teachers for their hard work and care for these children. This programme has given Johor Port volunteers the opportunity to engage with children with special needs, who face difficult developmental issues such as dyslexia and autism, and who are undergoing critical treatments in the hope of providing them with positive emotional and social support. 

Over the years, Johor Port has been actively involved in various CSR programmes in the areas of education and community development, as well as expanding philanthropic activities for the local and neighbouring communities, while helping to foster a spirit of togetherness among its employees. In line with its CSR slogan Johor Port Peduli, the company strives to be socially responsible in the long term.
