PTP chairman Tan Sri Che Khalib Mohamad Noh was honoured to be acknowledged by HRD Corp for PTP’s commitment to human capital development.

“This confirms and recognises all the effort we are putting into developing our human capital, creating the right work environment, and building talent that is future-proof for not only PTP, but for the port industry, especially in Malaysia,” he said in a statement.

The awards were presented to PTP CEO Marco Neelsen, who said as Malaysia’s leading trans-shipment hub and one of the world’s busiest ports, PTP takes pride in leading the path of sustainability for ports.

“At PTP, we see our people as valuable assets, and we continue to invest in a multitude of innovative and progressive human resource programmes including recruitment, diversity and inclusion, wellness, reward, and recognition; to attract and retain top local and international talents,” he said.

PTP is Malaysia’s busiest trans-shipment hub with the ability to handle 13 million TEU (twenty-foot equivalent unit) yearly.
